Test Token (TST) originated as an educational example by the BNB Chain team to demonstrate the process of creating meme tokens using the Four.Meme platform. In a tutorial video, the token's name was briefly visible, which led to unexpected market interest.

In response, Changpeng Zhao (CZ), co-founder and former CEO of Binance, clarified that TST was solely for educational purposes and not endorsed by him or Binance.
