Dusk uses zero-knowledge proofs to maintain high transaction privacy (Moonlight mode confidential, Daylight public when audit is needed), yet fully compliant with MiCA, MiFID II, DLT Pilot Regime – this is rare because most privacy coins are easily targeted by regulators. With DuskEVM (based on OP Stack + EIP-4844) testnet live by end of 2025, developers now use familiar EVM tooling to build compliant DeFi/RWA apps, settle directly on Dusk L1 securely. Partnership with NPEX (Dutch regulated MTF) is tokenizing assets, AUM over €200M and aiming for over €300M+, combined with Chainlink CCIP for cross-chain composable tokenized securities – meaning EU-regulated assets can trade/settle seamlessly across multi-chain DeFi.
