When I started on Binance, I felt like I had to be doing something all the time.
If the market moved and I wasn’t trading, it made me anxious.
I thought: “I’m missing opportunities”.
But in reality, what I was missing was control.

Over time, I understood something that completely changed my way of trading:

💭 The false myth of constant movement

We live in an era where everything moves fast: prices, charts, notifications, networks.
That speed pushes us to believe that action equals progress,
but in trading, that mentality is poison.

I have lost more money by wanting to be in the market all the time than by making a mistake on an entry.
The market doesn’t reward the most active, but the most patient.


📈 The best trades are not hunted, they are waited for.

Today, when I open Binance and see that the market is confused, I simply do nothing.
I close the app, walk away, and wait for the situation to clarify.
Before, I saw it as “wasting time”.
Now I see it as protecting my capital.
Because most of the time, the difference between a good strategy and an unnecessary loss is knowing how to wait.

I learned to see trading as a game of preparation, not action.
I plan my zones, mark my levels, and if my conditions are not met, I simply do not enter.
It's that simple.
