PIP-04 Discussion is here
PIP 04 is like putting our money machine on the slowest setting. Half the fees we earn get burned, but the other half, only a tiny bit (20%) comes back out as new tokens.

That r=0.20 is playing it way too safe. It makes the coin cozy for people who just hold it, but it's too slow to actually reward the people setting up new nodes. We need those rewards to bring in new builders! If we earn big, we burn big, but the reward for running the system is still tiny.
